GCI Turf fulfills a small amount of the products we offer. Outside vendors also fulfill orders for us. This leads to different shipping times for different products.
Please send an email to admin@gciturfacademy.com and we will help you. Please include the order number and a photo showing the damage.
Orders place Monday through Friday before 12:00 noon EST typically ship the same day as ordered. Once it leaves our facilities the transit times are in the hands of the carrier.
