This is a used flat-bottom tank with a flat top. 2" bulkhead at the bottom of the tank. Some of the used tanks may or may not have a bulkhead at the top of the tank that was used for plumbing. 

Whether a new tank for sale or a used tank for sale all of these tanks have been sitting outside in the shade so they are dirty. With a little cleaning spray and a pressure washer these tanks can look very good. The new tanks will look brand new after a good cleaning. Some of the new tanks are still wrapped in the plastic that they came in from the factory. 

The used tanks listed for sale have only been used to store liquid nitrogen, calcium, or potassium. Used tanks may or may not have pre drilled holes for bulkhead in various locations
